A specialist in Conflict Management and Systemic Mediation. Holder of a Law Degree (University of Barcelona, 1994). Holder of a Diploma in Social Work (School of Social Work, University of Barcelona 1998), Masters in Conflict Management (Ramon Llull University, 2000), Masters in Systemic Coaching (School of family therapy of Barcelona, Hospital of Sant Pau i Santes Creus, University of Barcelona, 2012). Member / secretary of the Association of Conflict Professionals of Catalonia (ACDMA). Teacher and trainer for the University of Barcelona, Ramon Llull University and the Provincial Council of Barcelona. Specialist in the implementation and management of mediation services for public administrations. She complements her activity as a professional mediator with teaching and research at the UPC.
