COCA ADVOCATS, S.L.P. (henceforth COCA ADVOCATS), owner of the website www.cocaadvocats.com, informs the user of this website of the processing of personal data under its responsibility, in accordance with what is established in Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 April on General Data Protection and other applicable legislation.

1. Personal information collected by COCA ADVOCATS.
Personal information can be collected in different ways:

1.1- Information requests for a service (contact form). When a user registers to request a service, we ask them for their personal data such as their name and email address. If it is a request to subscribe for a newsletter, or a request to include your company or yourself as a legal entity in any of our vertical directories, we request all the personal data that enables complete identification. We also request more personal information, such as position, which enables us to offer you at all times the products and services that, from our point of view, can provide you with a better service in terms of communication, marketing and personal information.

1.2.- Subscriptions to a product/service and/or subscriptions to electronic bulletins/newsletters. The users of newsletters, vertical directories or websites, may receive updates via email which are sent daily, weekly or fortnightly and which contain selected news stories and information about the sectors in which the user has expressed their interest or preference, along with some advertisements and hyperlinks to the website of COCA ADVOCATS or companies that offer services or products of professional interest in those sectors.

The mission of COCA ADVOCATS is to provide professional information and encourage communication with the client and their needs, so that, on a regular or occasional basis, we send communiqués with content aimed at helping you with your needs provided that you have given your consent to them being sent in the corresponding form or that the legitimate interest applies.

COCA ADVOCATS will not reveal any personal information to third parties, except when COCA ADVOCATS considers in good faith that this is required by law or if the user has given their authorization.
